HTC Butterfly the Future is Here

The much anticipated, stormy HTC Butterfly is finally set to arrive in the European territories. It is the most premium smartphone that HTC has ever come up with; it is the model for which we can say that it is the perfect blend of innovation and magnificence.

HTC Butterfly

There are so many firsts of HTC that this handset boasts of, listed below are a few of them:

Gigantic 5-inch display (Still HTC doesn’t want it to be called a Phablet).
First Super LCD3 display of the manufacturer.
Full HD Screen that at 441 ppi of resolution will put iPhone 5’s Retina display on shame.
1.5 GHz Quad-Core processor with 2 GB RAM
2.1 me3gapixels front facing camera

It is interesting to mention here that earlier a variant of the model was launched in Japan as HTC J Butterfly, then in late 2012 it entered in the US market as Droid DNA, and in some parts of the world it is known as Deluxe. Taiwan became the first country to get HTC Butterfly just a few weeks ago followed by its launch in Australia and with its Russia launch it appears that Europe will not have to wait much for this amazing device.

If you get hold of the device the first thing that you will notice is that despite its gigantic size it doesn’t feel awkward to hold. It has got a polycarbonate body similar to HTC One X that feels very thin at 9.1 mm. It has got rounded edges and its back features rubberise matt finish that provides comfortable grip to its users. The spec list of the model seem very impressive, it is IPX-5 rated water resistant that means it can handle minor water splashes.

The 1080p HD display is the most enticing feature of the phone that offers 1920X1080 pixels of resolution; it is highly durable with the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. The screen boasts of the highest pixel count among its rivals on the market and hence the viewing experience is far exciting. It’s so crispier that “Oh! My God” would perhaps be the first three words that you would utter after encountering it!

It sports an 8 megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor that allows taking warmer, sharper and brighter images even in low light conditions. The HTC ImageChip makes the camera perform faster and better. It starts in less than a second and clicks a shot in 0.2 seconds only.

The aforementioned gadget is the future of mobile computing and we hope for it to arrive soon in the country.
