A leaked picture of Apple’s upcoming handset iPhone 5S suggests that the new home button in it resembles to that is available with the old iPhone 5 smartphone when looked from outside but is slightly different from inside. When covered from inside the new home button on iPhone 5S smartphone has a thinner and longer internal connector.
This latest news on the upcoming iPhone handset shows that Apple has plans to internally redesign its smartphone. There were also reports suggesting that the fingerprint scanner will be found across the home button on the upcoming iPhone. While the earlier reports indicated that the fingerprint scanner would be housed somewhere inside the home button, its being informed by the leaked image that this is not true and it may be placed somewhere outside.
It can be judged that it may have been done to fit the finger print scanner around the area across the home button. According to the Letem Svetem which is Apple’s blog for Czech Republic, the leaked image for iPhone 5S home button shows a long and thin internal connector. The speculation about fingerprint sensor that it will be directly integrated into the home button seems unconfirmed by the original source.
The internal connector however is smaller which reveals that Apple may place the sensor above home button. From past few days there have been a number of leaks from Apple’s part on its latest handset iPhone 5S. A few days back we reported that Apple iPhone 5S may feature a 2 MP secondary camera along with the dual shot capability. In the rear edge, it will be packed with a 12 mega pixel camera.
There are hints on a cheaper iPhone Mini under work along with the iPhone 5S handset of Apple. It is being expected that these devices might be launched by the company by September this year.
